A European-inspired gift shop called The Blue Rabbit opens Sept. 5 at 205 E. Main St. in downtown Norman.
Owner Amy Johnson plans to stock the shop with books, jewelry, candles, food seasonings and shampoos, the Norman Transcript reported. The store describes itself as a "Curated Home + Gift" shop on its Instagram page, with the tagline "Living. Giving. Gathering."
The shop is new to social media, too. As of Sept. 4, The Blue Rabbit's Instagram account (@thebluerabbit.shop) had 207 followers and just four posts.
A local community media account, Lackey On Call, posted a video preview of the store on Facebook and confirmed the grand opening date. The post noted the shop was still awaiting a couple of deliveries to finish setting up before opening day.

No store hours, phone number or website have been announced. Shoppers can follow The Blue Rabbit on Instagram for updates ahead of the Sept. 5 grand opening.
